With the support of inspiring colleagues, I founded and led RetailMeNot's (RMN’s) successful Diversity & Inclusion Program in Austin. It was a wonderful experience. I also founded and initially led Women@RMN, an employee resource group, and led Legal Operations at the same time.

During my tenure at RMN, the Diversity & Inclusion Program was recognized in 2018 by Glass Door as #1 and Built in Austin as #2. Please see the media links below for more information. 

In addition to DEI expertise, I have considerable legal, business development, and corporate experience across several industries. My broad professional background enables me to overcome DEI challenges with meaningful workforce, workplace, and marketplace solutions.

This summer, I will launch ImpactDEI, LLC, a management consulting company that will, among other things, help other organizations with their DEI efforts. I also will continue to source panelists and audience for events and serve as a speaker. This is my vocation.
